“Criolla Blanca” is made entirely from Criolla Blanca (Pedro Giménez), a historic Argentine variety native to Mendoza. Though often confused with Pedro Ximénez, DNA research clarifies that it's a distinct variety commonly used historically for simple, fresh wines. This wine offers a delicate bouquet of white flowers, orchard fruit, and citrus blossom. The palate is crisp and lean, with bright lemon zest, delicate texture, and a dry, mineral-driven finish that lingers.

Alpamant, meaning “Love of the Land” in Quechua, is Argentina’s first biodynamic-certified winery, located in Ugarteche, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. Renowned for pioneering sustainable viticulture in the region, Alpamanta integrates soil regeneration, biodiversity, and organic grape growing with minimal intervention in the cellar.
