Le Mignon pays tribute to Anne de Joyeuse, the favourite of King Henry III, whose nickname inspired both the name and playful spirit of this cuvée. Designed by Canadian artist Catherine Potvin, the label captures the winery’s dynamic personality with a lighthearted, contemporary feel. Pinot Noir from the cool Pyrenean-influenced Haute Vallée de l’Aude meets Gewurztraminer grown in the warm Mediterranean terroir, creating a unique and expressive blend.

Harvested at night to preserve freshness, both grapes are co-fermented after a short cold maceration to highlight aromatic purity. The result is a silky, fruit-driven wine with red berry flavours, floral notes, and a hint of exotic spice. Serve chilled or at room temperature with charcuterie or tapas among friends.
