2024 'Un chien dans un jeu de quilles' Pineau d'Aunis

“Un Chien dans un Jeu de Quilles” is one of the newer little treasures from Pierre and Catherine Breton. Made from 100% Pineau d’Aunis from 30-year-old vines, it undergoes a light maceration that brings out the grape’s bright fruit and delicate peppery spice.

Juicy, vibrant, and dangerously easy to drink, it is pure pleasure in a glass. Brilliant as an aperitif, but if the bottle survives that long, it works beautifully with roasted monkfish, veal, or gently spiced chicken.
