Grapes are harvested fully ripe and gently pressed, with part of the must fermented in second-pass small wooden barrels for added depth. The wine rests on its full fermentation lees, contributing creaminess and complexity while preserving freshness.
Expect a straw to golden hue, with aromas of ripe apricot, pear and subtle wood spice. The palate is rich yet balanced, carrying mineral tension and medium freshness in true Friulian style.
