50-50 Malvasia and Bombino Bianco. 8 days of skin contact in stainless steel prior to pressing, followed by 8 months of ageing in tank and in bottle. L’Eclettico has a straw yellow color with golden reflections, pronounced notes of ripe stonefruit, citrus and flint.
