Few growers have reshaped the conversation around Sicilian wine like Arianna Occhipinti. Farming organically in the Vittoria countryside, she has spent nearly two decades championing native varieties, living soils, and wines that capture the warmth, freshness, and wild beauty of southeastern Sicily. Named after the provincial road that leads to her winery, the SP68 wines have become modern classics: vibrant, expressive, and made for the table.
SP68 Bianco 2024 (6 bottles)
A blend of 60% Zibibbo and 40% Albanello, co-fermented with native yeasts, macerated on skins for two weeks, and aged eight months in concrete. Fragrant notes of ripe peach, orange blossom, and Mediterranean herbs lead into a textured palate of apricot, blood orange, and citrus zest, finishing dry, saline, and beautifully refreshing.
SP68 Rosso 2024 (6 bottles)
A blend of 70% Frappato and 30% Nero d'Avola, co-fermented and aged eight months in concrete. Bright red cherry, pomegranate, raspberry leaf, and wild herbs are lifted by Frappato's perfume, while Nero d'Avola brings depth and gentle spice. Silky, energetic, and savoury, it's equally at home with pizza, pasta, or simply shared among friends.
Together, these twelve bottles offer one of the best introductions to Arianna Occhipinti's philosophy: authentic Sicilian wines shaped by native grapes, thoughtful farming, and a profound sense of place.
