100% Roussanne. From Texier's young vines in the cooler, more limestone-driven vineyard area of Brézème. Whole cluster, direct press, native yeast fermentation, aging on lees in concrete, no stirring, 30 mg/l of SO2 at bottling. Pale yellow in colour and aromatic - lots of peach, spice on the nose, white fruit/flowers, spice and marzipan flavours, rich, yet silky texture.
