Cala-Cala (gulp-gulp) Rosso is a blend of Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Capuccio. Both varietals are native to the island of Sicily. Made from several different vintages, the Cala Cala Rosso is purple in colour with deep fruit and leather notes on the nose and palate. Rustic, dusty tannins and crunchy acidity round out the finish.
