Château Léoube lies on the coast at Cap Bénat, near Saint-Tropez, with vineyards surrounded by protected natural landscape and the Mediterranean Sea. The estate has been certified organic since 2011, with grapes harvested by hand from low-yielding vines.
Rosé de Léoube is the estate’s flapship, gastronomic expression of Côtes de Provence, bringing together Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Mourvèdre. Unlike simpler rosés intended for immediate drinking, it spends at least six months resting on its lees, building texture and complexity without losing the freshness at the heart of the style.
Pale pink and gently aromatic, with peach and stone fruit leading into a rounded, enveloping palate. Fresh acidity and a subtle saline character carry the wine through the finish.
