The cuvée that got us hooked on Domaine de l'Ecu! This Muscadet is classic in every sense of the word. Vinified to be enjoyed in it's youth and to accompany bright and simple dishes. Straw yellow in colour, with smokey citrus aromas on the nose carrying through to the palate with notes of white flowers and a bit of autolytic character.
