50% Vermentino, 30% Grenache Blanc and 20% Roussanne for this incredibly drinkable wine from the Languedoc. Aged in stainless steel it is rounded and fruity with notes of white fleshed fruits and citrus, with just enough bitterness on the finish to keep you coming back.
