A blend of 60% Nero d'Avola and 40% Frappato, the Cerasuolo is a dry red Italian wine from a region around the commune of Vittoria, Sicily and is the only DOCG in Sicily. Spontaneous fermentaion and aged in a mix of Slavonian barrels and bottle.
A medium bodied red with pleasant tannin and notes of cherry, blueberry and tobacco.
