This 100% Dolcetto from Paitin, is sourced from high-elevation vineyards with south-west exposure, on the famed hill, Serra Boella. The fermentation and ageing takes place in a combination of large, neutral casks and stainless steel tanks, as to preserve the inherent fruitiness of the varietal. Filled with aromas and flavours of baking spices and dark berries, this wine is high-toned and fresh.
