Bernard is a third-generation winemaker who had been working with his brother Jo in the heart of the Muscadet Sèvre et Maine area before moving in 2002 to the lesser-known (and less expensive) Ancenis (NE of Nantes).
Melon B is 100% Melon de Bourgogne. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts at 20°C. Aged for 6 months on lees in concrete tanks. No added sulphur.
