Down the Rabbit Hole is a fantastic skin-fermented Sauvignon Blanc from Cambridge Road. Grown on the Grava vineyard south of Martinborough this wine sees 1 month's skin contact and a further 8 months in old oak. It is textured, layered and intriguing.
