Brun is known for his Gamays, although not quite like this. A sparkling, off-dry Gamay Rosé, the FRV comes in at just 7.5% - a true daytime sipper.
The name is a play on the word 'effervescent' which becomes more apparent if you sound out the letters (and number) in french - but it also sums up the essence of the wine. Truly playful and fun, this method ancestral wine is fermented to about 6%, then lightly filtered and bottled to finish fermenting in bottle.
