Region: okanagan valley
You might be familiar with the 2018 vintage of this wine. It made a lot of people very happy. It was delightful and a complete surprise - we didn’t even know we were going to have the chance to make Gamay until a week or so before we harvested it. In 2019 we had time to plan. We changed a few things due to the vintage and lessons we learned from fermenting the 2018. Mostly, we stomped more. We like stomping! We like stomping!
