Michi's Farm is Michael Gindl's negotiant project, working with other local farmers and everything still farmed organically/biodynaically. The orange is predominantly Gruner, but some Sylvaner, Welschriesling, Chardonnay, and other local bits and bobs he's picked up along the way. After a few weeks on skins it becomes floral and fun on the nose with hints of honeysuckle and apricot, and plenty of crisp acidity on the palate.
