The vineyards grow on a patchwork of limestone, ochre, yellow clay and blue marl soils. Following fermentation, the wine spends eight months in concrete vats.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBlackberry, blackcurrant and wild berries meet cracked pepper, Mediterranean herbs and a hint of cured meat. Medium-bodied with ripe, well-integrated tannins, fresh acidity and a savoury, lingering finish.
