With the slopes and the plateaus on their gentle hills the fruit retains perfect balance between ripeness and acidity for this natural Grüner Veltliner. On the nose you get notes from crushed apples and pears with herbal nuances. On the palate there is a lot of spiciness, structure and a refreshing mineralic acidity.
