Consists of Nebbiolo (85%) and Vespolina grapes, a long fermentation on skins (30 days) and is then pressesd and stored in barrel for 3 to 4 years. Its flavour is well-matured forest fruits, violets, tobacco and dried herbs with hints of balsam and citrus fruits. Power and a silky elegance will develop in the mouth with a slightly noble and bitter final note. Although interesting now, this one will only get better and can be stored for decades
