This extremely quaffable Chinon is made with fruit grown on 45-65 year old vines. Dark purple in colour. Powerful nose with aromas of raspberry, cherry and plums. Round and seductive on the palate with velvitey tannins and crunchy acidity. Fermented and aged in cement and bottled without sulphur.
