100% Gamay from Burgundy's Mâcon Verzé AOC. This wine comes from grapes that grow in the village of Verzé on a special plot chosen for its eastern exposure. Fermented using carbonic maceration. This mauve colored wine develops strong aromas of blackberry, strawberry and wild raspberry. On the palate, after a smooth beginning, fruity aromas reappear accompanied by blended tannins.
