Schmetterling is 60% Riesling + 40% Müller Thurgau that spends 6 months on lees, giving it a complex mouthfeel with notes of apple and pear. Mad Dog Warwick is their dry, estate Riesling, aged in barrel for 10 months (*only 150 cases produced).
