L'Étoile is one of Jura's smallest and most distinctive appellations. Named for the star shaped marine fossils scattered through its white marl soils, it is one of Savagnin's finest homes, producing wines of remarkable structure and longevity.

Pauline and Géraud Fromont founded Domaine de Marnes Blanches in 2006 and have become leading voices in Jura's new generation. Farming organically and harvesting entirely by hand. After spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, the wine spends 34 months aging in oak barrels using the ouillé method, preserving the freshness and precision that define this historic site.

Green apple, lemon peel, sliced almond, and a touch of honey unfold over a dense, structured palate. Powerful with vibrant citrus acidity and a long, saline finish.
