2025 Nik and Mik Moselle Riesling

A vibrant, classically Mosel Riesling from organically farmed old vines planted on the region’s characteristic steep slopes. The soils are a mix of clay, slate and limestone, bringing freshness and mineral tension to the wine.

The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented spontaneously with native yeasts in stainless steel. Winemaking is minimal, with just 25 mg/L of SO₂ added before bottling.

Bright and expressive, with excellent varietal typicity. Lime blossom leads the way, followed by citrusy freshness and a gentle note of beeswax. Light on its feet at 11% ABV, with plenty of vibrancy and freshness.
