A simply smashable Syrah from new-kid in the Languedoc Joe Chandellier. 100% whole bunch fermented and covered with dry-ice, done dry (free run juice is pulled off each day). Elevage in fibre glass tanks before bottling late winter. Notes of brambly, purple plums, violets and hints of black olives.
