A blend of Incrocio Manzoni Bianco and Chardonnay, there is a long maceration on skins and then fermentation in terra cotta jars and stainless steel. It is stored outside in the winter to stabilize the tartaric acid and then bottled unfiltered and un-fined.
White flowers and mature fruit dominate the nose, and the palate is fresh, with a long, mineral finish.
