Born of the desire for a red wine with the vivacity and energy of a white, the Half Full Red has been many incarnations - blends of Syrah, Grenache, sometimes some white, sometimes all red. Whole berries are cold soaked and then fermented with native yeasts. A bright, refreshing, 'drink me now' kind of wine.
