Pinot Gris from the flat alluvial gravel vineyards surrounding the winery. Ideal full sun exposure ensures that these wines are very ripe, opulent and fruit-driven. Typical white flower notes (acacia, peonie) dominate the aromas, sleek and energetic presence on the palate showing nice concentration with an impressive finish. This is a very dry wine but with a velvety texture and sapid fresh acidity.
