All farming and winemaking for Luno and Luno Blanc follow the principles of biodynamics, which are governed by the phases of the moon - hence the name. Luno Blanc is a blend of Grenache Blanc and Macabeo. Notes of under-ripe plums, citrus zest, honeydew and hazlenut. Grown high in the hills of Monstant, Luno Blanc is rich and ripe but well-balanced by minerality and almost racy acidity.
