Chenin Blanc from bush vines on granite soils. The grapes are harvested over the period of 12 days, so new juice is constantly being added to already fermenting tanks, which extends the fermentation by about 20 days. Notes of flint, honey and orange blossom on the nose, while the palate opens up a touch with some stone fruit.
