Soracuna is Veneto dialect for the Italian sopra la culla, or “above the cradle,” a phrase that means “to celebrate a birth.” A blend of Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara, with less than 20% Merlot. As new vineyards mature, Daniele will lessen the portion of Merlot that he uses in the blend. The 2019 vintage is showing vibrant notes of red cherries, and plums with hints of pepper.
