A blend of Zweigelt, St Laurent, Rösler and Blaufrankisch, short maceration times and direct pressed fruit, each fermented separately and blended prior to bottling. Bright, fresh, energetic and maybe a little too easy to drink. Notes of tart mulberries and currants, crunchy red fruit, fine tannins with a graphite edge, all balanced by salivating acidity.
