A blend of Dolcetto (60%) from the Valdibà vineyard in Dogliani, and Barbera (50%) from the family's La Gemella estate in Barolo. The result is a lively, approachable expression of the Langhe, combining Dolcetto's generous fruit and soft tannins with Barbera's natural acidity.
A small portion of the grapes undergoes whole-cluster fermentation, while ageing takes place entirely in stainless steel to preserve freshness and fruit character.
Juicy cherry, raspberry and fresh plum meet hints of violet, black pepper and almond. Medium-bodied and supple, with bright acidity and gentle tannins.
