Milan Nestarec's Youngster wines are made in a "nouveau" style - that is, bottled directly after fermentation when the wine is still lively and in some cases effervescent or prickly. A blend of Zweigelt, Cabernet Sauvignon and Dornfelder. Foresty and hearty yet bearing its youthful fruity and herbal notes. Made with organic grapes, no filtering or fining, indigenous yeasts, and absolutely nothing added, not even sulfites.
