At Léoube, vineyards are farmed organically with an emphasis on soil health and balance, allowing the schist soils and maritime influence to define the wines. Proximity to the sea plays a key role, moderating temperatures and preserving natural acidity, which is central to the estate’s style.

In the cellar, the approach is deliberate and controlled. Fermentations are carried out parcel by parcel to retain specificity, with careful temperature management to preserve aromatic detail. Extraction is gentle, particularly for rosé, where the focus is on texture and structure rather than simple fruit expression.

Ageing takes place in a combination of stainless steel and neutral vessels, with oak used selectively and always integrated. The objective is not to mark the wine with élevage, but to support balance and longevity.

Across all cuvées, the wines are built on freshness, salinity, and finesse, reflecting both the Mediterranean climate and the estate’s low-intervention philosophy.
