A gentle expression of Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains in Piedmont’s Asti zone. Fermented via the traditional Asti method, this Moscato stops at around 5 % alcohol, retaining natural residual sugar and bubble. Made entirely from estate‑grown fruit, it sees no malolactic fermentation and minimal sulfur use, honouring Viberti’s restrained, natural‑leaning approach to preserve purity and varietal clarity.
Bright straw yellow in colour, it brings intense, aromatic notes of fresh grapes, white flowers and ripe peach. The wine is lightly sparkling with a fine perlage that enhances a graceful sweetness and elegant finish.
Best served chilled at 4–6 °C, it pairs beautifully with fruit‑based or creamy desserts, fresh pastries, soft cheeses or shellfish. Outstanding as a bright aperitif!
