Alchymiste is a blend from the limestone-rich soils of Kefalonia in the Ionian Sea. Aromatic and floral on the nose, with lemon, yellow apple and subtle nutty notes on the palate. Herbal and mineral notes emerge on the finish, supported by fresh, balanced acidity.
