Elisabetta Foradori is considered one of the most influential female winemakers in the world. Her winery is situated in the hills above Trento in the Trentino region of Italy, a World Heritage Site, and a landscape of extraordinary beauty.
The focus here is on the red indigenous Teroldego grape with Foradori’s examples being amidst some of the best in the world. Since 2002 Elisabetta has farmed her land using biodynamic principles, and winemaking remains ‘natural’ with very little intervention.
These are artisanal wines in the true sense of the word. They are also scarce and highly sought after by collectors and wine lovers across the globe. As well as adorning the tables of the world’s most exclusive restaurants. These are truly unique and original wines of personality and purpose.
