80% Carignan and 20% Alicante Nero (aka Grenache). The Carignan undergoes a direct press, followed by the addition of Alicante Nero clusters to the tank where they macerate for 12 days, endowing the wine with a rich hue. Slightly hazy with a complex bouquet of blood oranges, berries, pineapple and herbs. The palate is juicy, deliciously crunchy, and high toned.
