100% early picked Syrah from the schist soils of McLaren Vale. Carbonic Maceration then aged in old French barriques before eventually being moved to tank and then bottled, unfined and unfiltered.
Spice, lots of clove, with blood orange and raspberry and a little bit of suede leather.
