Trebbiano Toscano, Vermentino and Malvasia are grown organically and biodynamically, then direct pressed, fermented and aged in concrete to keep everything fresh and immediate.
Bright and breezy, with lemon zest, green apple and white peach, followed by Mediterranean herbs and a distinctly salty coastal finish. Dry, crisp and uncomplicated in the best possible way. And because 750 mL sometimes just isn’t enough, it comes in a litre.
