Château Léoube is a certified organic estate where vineyards, olive groves and woodland stretch towards the sea. Under winemaker Romain Ott, the estate produces wines that reflect Provence's coastal climate, with an emphasis on freshness, texture and balance.
This wine is a blend of 60% Rolle (Vermentino) and 40% Sémillon from vineyards rooted in schist and clay soils, moderated by Mediterranean sea breezes and cool nights. Rolle brings citrus, floral aromatics and freshness, while Sémillon contributes body and a rounded texture.
Fragrant and expressive, with notes of white peach, pear, citrus blossom and a hint of beeswax. The palate is creamy yet fresh, with lively acidity, subtle minerality and a lingering finish.
