Early on, Yann realized that he wanted to break away from the family's conventionally cultivated property and spent over 10 years working for two of Bourgogne's great Biodynamic estates, Julien Guillot (Domaine Des Vignes Du Maynes) and Prieuré Roch.

Yann now owns 9 hectares in some of the most sought-after locations in Burgundy and continues to farm them Biodynamically. In the cellar, he works as you'd expect - nothing added, nothing taken away. As natural as it gets.
